A little macro photography is always fun. Here are several photos of some small critters. There is one shot of Queen Anne’s Lace (without insect) that I have left at full resolution. You might like to blow it up to 100% to see its delicate details.

Charles, These are very lovely photos. You and my husband both have been captivated by bees lately. He’s taken pictures mostly of bumblebees on the sunflowers and cone flowers blooming in Pope Farm Conservancy in Middleton. It’s definitely good to focus periodically on “some small things.”

Susan, thank you for your comments. These macro photos are quite a challenge. The one thing I have learned is to take lots of them, and maybe a few will look good. – I am fascinated by the delicacy of the details in both the insects and the flowers.
